At hour fourteen, the southwest observation post reported smoke rising from grid reference SW-22. Classified uninhabited. No survey party was active in the area. No permit was outstanding.
The smoke was described as: pale, vertical, consistent. Watch officer Orvyn described it as "the kind of smoke someone makes on purpose."
