Eastern Ashline Corridor — Survey Party Authorisation
Party of ██ persons is hereby authorised to traverse the Eastern Ashline Corridor between waypoints fourteen and nineteen. Valid for fourteen days. Non-renewable without written application.
Conditions: Night travel is prohibited. Deviation from the mapped route is prohibited. Any anomalous observation must be reported within forty-eight hours of return.
The institution accepts no responsibility for events occurring beyond waypoint ██. Entry into that area constitutes an unauthorised act.

Note added in a second hand, undated: They came back with three people instead of ██. The report filed accounts for all of them. This has not been questioned.
